摘要:无锡华光锅炉股份有限公司前身为无锡锅炉厂,成立于1958年8月,2000年12月完成股份制改造,2003年7月在上海证券交易所挂牌上市,股票简称“华光股份”。创立至今,经过六十余年的专注与创新,华光股份在其核心制造领域—燃煤锅炉闯出了一片天地,跻身全国锅炉行业前五强企业、锅炉及辅助设备制造行业排头兵企业,是“一带一路”倡议的践行者。多年来,华光股份以“供社会绿色光热,还地球碧水蓝天”为使命,形成了“诚信、责任、合作”的核心价值观和“务实创新,团结拼搏”的企业精神。随着国内产能过剩加剧、传统市场不断萎缩、行业竞争日趋激烈,华光股份不断调整产品结构和产业结构。为了切实提升企业核心竞争力,公司进行了向多元化服务型制造转型的探索,着力开创转型升级发展新局面。2017年6月,华光股份完成重大资产重组,控股股东为无锡市国联发展(集团)有限公司。华光股份一路前行,一路奋斗,然而转型之路充满了不确定性因素,面对服务型制造这片全新海域,华光股份究竟何去何从?而对于集团内部所产生不同的意见和声音又将如何应对?本案例通过回顾华光股份的发展历程、着重介绍公司的多元化服务型制造的转型之路,理清变革动因分析——战略选择——战略实施的思路。

Environmental protection and energy saving: The transformation road of Huaguang Diversified service Manufacturing
Abstract: Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Co., LTD., formerly known as Wuxi Boiler Works, was established in August 1958, completed the shareholding system transformation in December 2000, and was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in July 2003, the stock is referred to as "Huaguang Shares". Since the establishment of Huaguang Boiler, after more than 60 years of dedication and innovation, Huaguang has broken into a world in its core manufacturing field -- coal-fired boiler, ranked among the top five enterprises in the boiler industry, boiler and auxiliary equipment manufacturing industry leader, is a practice of the "Belt and Road" Initiative. Over the years, with the mission of "providing the society with green light and heat, returning the earth with clear water and blue sky", Huaguang Shares has formed the core values of "integrity, responsibility and cooperation" and the enterprise spirit of "pragmatic innovation, unity and hard work". With the worsening of domestic overcapacity, shrinking traditional market and increasingly fierce competition in the industry, Huaguang Stock has been constantly adjusting its product structure and industrial structure. In order to effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, Huaguang has carried out the exploration of transformation to diversified service-oriented manufacturing and made efforts to create a new situation of transformation, upgrading and development. In June 2017, Huaguang completed a major asset reorganization, and the controlling shareholder is Wuxi Guolian Development Co., LTD. Huaguang Shares has been striving all the way, but the road of transformation is full of uncertainties. In the face of this new sea of service-oriented manufacturing, what will Huaguang Shares do? And how to deal with the different opinions and voices within the group? This case reviews the development history of Huaguang Shares, focuses on the company's diversified service-oriented manufacturing transformation road, and clarifies the change driver analysis-strategic choice-strategy implementation thinking.
