薪酬改革助力弯道超车:新冠疫情给林格科技带来的机遇和挑战

摘要:江阴林格科技有限公司成立于2006年,自2010年起成为高新技术企业,是研发和生产汽车电磁类产品的专业厂家。公司非常注重人才的引进和培养工作,具有较强的研发能力,并获得多项专利。除了技术研发和质量保障以外,公司总经理徐林最烦恼的就是绩效管理工作本案例主要描述了公司自成立以来的薪酬绩效管理工作改革的艰辛历程。在2020年新冠疫情肆虐的形势下,林格的竞争对手因经营不善退出市场,林格公司的业务量急剧增长,这在给公司进阶升级带来机遇的同时,也带来了巨大的挑战。在这个关键时期,公司因为薪酬的不平衡导致了一系列管理问题。经过对林格公司的员工进行满意度调研后发现:薪酬管理体系不完善正成为制约林格公司进阶升级,实现突破发展的瓶颈。如何对林格公司现有的薪酬管理体系进行改革,已经成为林格可持续发展过程中急需解决的难题。林格希望通过薪酬管理体系改革来缓解目前的管理压力,从而保障人力资源管理工作顺利开展,为公司在疫情形势下弯道超车,顺利实现进阶升级助力。

Salary Reform Helps Overtaking in Curves: Opportunities and Challenges Brought to LINGE by the New Crown Pandemic

Abstract: LINGE Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Since 2010, LINGE has become a high-tech firm and a professional manufacturer of R&D and production of automotive electromagnetic products. The firm attaches great importance to the introduction and training of talents, has strong research and development capabilities, and has obtained a number of patents. In addition to technology research and development and quality assurance, Xu Lin, the general manager of the firm, is most troubled by performance management. This case mainly describes the arduous process of the firm compensation and performance management reform since its establishment. Under the raging situation of the new crown epidemic in 2020, the competitors withdrew from the market due to poor management, and the firm business volume increased sharply, which not only brought opportunities for the firm advanced upgrade, but also brought huge challenges. In this critical period, the firm has caused a series of management problems due to the imbalance of compensation. After conducting a satisfaction survey on employees, we found that the imperfect salary management system is becoming a bottleneck restricting LINGE's advanced upgrade and breakthrough development. So how to reform the existing salary management system has become an urgent problem to be solved in the process of sustainable development. LINGE hopes to ease the current management pressure through the reform of the salary management system, so as to ensure the smooth development of human resources management, and to help the company to overtake on the curve under the epidemic situation and successfully achieve advanced upgrades.
