摘要:森曼是一家以汽车工业自动化非标设备的设计研发、生产制造的自动化企业,在立足国内市场的同时,正在向国际市场迈进。然而,在新冠疫情、中美贸易摩擦的双重背景下,森曼通过一系列的变革举措力求稳步前行。森曼如何应对疫情危机?其企业管理模式发生了何种变化?本案例主要描述森曼成长历程中发生的一些典型事件,再现了森曼面临的主要风险和问题以及管理层在企业成长过程中应对风险的措施,以期引导读者作出深入思考。

Under the dual influence of epidemic crisis and trade friction, where should Seman go?

Abstract: Senman is an automation enterprise that designs, develops, and manufactures non-standard automation equipment for the automotive industry. While based on the domestic market, it is moving towards the international market. However, under the dual background of the new crown epidemic and Sino-US trade friction, Senman strives to move forward steadily through a series of reforms. How is Senman responding to the COVID-19 epidemic crisis? How has its business management model changed? This case mainly describes the growth process of Senman and some typical events in the growth process, reproduces the main risks and problems faced and the measures taken by the management to deal with the risks in the process of enterprise growth, in order to guide readers to think deeply.
