摘要:当前,随着国内的人力成本提高,全球纺织工业的产业转移的持续进行。纺织企业已经很难从传统的纺织行业找到大的突破口来实现利润增长,部分缺乏竞争力的中小企业陷入用人成本增加和企业转型的双重困局。通过多元化战略和技术创新来提升竞争力是传统企业寻求发展的出路之一,但是多元化战略的实施需要更强的资金实力和资源配置能力。因此,本案例着重描述恒阳纺织有限公司的两次多元化转型战略、技术革新等方面发展历程,重点探讨恒阳纺织如何依靠战略转型中来实现企业成长的过程。本案例对中小型纺织企业的生存发展和战略布局等方面具有借鉴意义。

Aim for the Highest, Muti-elements Integration: Hengyang Textile’s Technology Innovation and the Way of Strategic Transformation
Abstract: At present, with the increase of domestic labor costs, the global textile industry continues transfer. It has been difficult for textile enterprises to find a major breakthrough in the traditional textile industry to achieve profit growth, even some small and medium-sized enterprises that lack competitiveness have fallen into the dual dilemma of increased labor costs and transformation. Improving competitiveness through diversification strategy and technological innovation is one of the ways for traditional enterprises to seek development, but the implementation of diversification strategy requires stronger capital strength and resource allocation ability. Thus, this case focuses on describing the development process of Hengyang Textile Co., Ltd.’s two transformation strategies and technological innovation, and focuses on how Hengyang Textile relies on diversification transformation to achieve the process of enterprise growth. This case has reference significance for the survival, development and strategic layout of small and medium-sized textile enterprises.
