摘要：本案例从跨国制造供应链的特点着手，阐述2020年初新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来，全讯射频科技（无锡）有限公司（以下简称无锡全讯）供应链受到的冲击和影响，进而分析该公司所采取的供应链应急管理措施及其成效，从上游核心供应商的战略合作、环保政策响应、日本制造产业回迁以及应急项目优化等方面来探究无锡全讯的发展历程。本案例旨在通过探究疫情之下制造供应链应急管理的必要性、具体策略及其成效，引发增强中小企业供应链韧性的思考，以期为企业在供应链管理方面如何应对突发事件提供经验借鉴。

The local return of the manufacturing industry: Wuxi Quanxun’s supply chain risk management under the COVID-19 epidemic situation

Abstract: This case starts with the characteristics of the multinational manufacturing supply chain, expounds the impact on the supply chain of Quanxun Radio Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wuxi Quanxun) since the outbreak of the COVID-19 in early 2020, and then analyzes the emergency management measures taken by firm supply chain and their effects. We explore the development of Wuxi Quanxun from the aspects of strategic cooperation with upstream core suppliers, environmental protection policy response, relocation of Japanese manufacturing industry and optimization of emergency projects. The purpose of this case is to explore the necessity, specific strategies and effects of emergency management of manufacturing supply chain under the epidemic situation, to trigger thinking on enhancing the resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises’ supply chain, and to provide experience and reference on how to deal with emergencies in supply chain.
