摘要:无锡金茂是一家集面料、服装、宠物用品为主营的技工贸一体化专业公司,宠物床生产和出口量位居全球第一,家居服生产和出口量名列前茅,是全球主要的衬衫面料生产供应商。2021年公司销售额达4.44亿美元,成为中国纺织出口百强企业。早在2000年,无锡金茂就开始整合资源,布局全球化的产业供应链,经过近20余年的发展逐渐成为行业佼佼者。本案例描述了无锡金茂在纺织行业连续低迷的大环境下,面对中美贸易摩擦、新冠疫情等的种种不确定因素,如何通过多年的全球产业供应链的布局应对瞬息万变的企业外部环境,打破困局,保持持续的稳步发展。

Stay Steady on The Roller Coaster: Wuxi Jinmao Global Supply Chain Layout Road

Abstract: Wuxi Jinmao is a professional company integrating technology, industry and trade, specializing in fabrics, clothing and pet products. Wuxi Jinmao is one of the major suppliers of shirt fabrics in the world. The number of pet beds produced and exported by Wuxi Jinmao ranks first in the world, and the number of household garments ranks the top in the world. In 2021, In 2021, the company had sales of $444 million., and Wuxi Jinmao became one of the top 100 textile export enterprises in China. As early as 2000, Wuxi Jinmao began to integrate resources and lay out a global industrial supply chain. After nearly 20 years' development, Jinmao has gradually become the leader of the industry. This case describes how Jinmao, in the continuous downturn of the textile industry, faced with various uncertain factors such as Sino-US trade frictions and COVID-19 epidemic, deal with the rapid changing of the external environment, and break the predicament and maintain steady development through the layout of the global industrial supply chain.
