摘要:2022年初,多点散发的新冠疫情叠加复杂严峻的国际形势对我国产业链供应链产生了巨大冲击。我国外贸企业产能利用率下降、订单同比下滑严重。处于价值链最底端专注 OEM 代工生产百富照明公司,面临着市场不宽、定位不准等难题,企业利润率不断下降。案例用两个小故事反映该公司经营管理现状,描述百富照明通过定位战略死角实现管理变革的实践过程,为同类型外贸代工企业提供转型升级参考。

PAX Lighting:  Concentrate on promoting reform, take multiple measures and seek development

Abstract: At the beginning of 2022, the multi-point spread of the new crown epidemic and the complex and severe international situation have had a huge impact on my country's industrial chain and supply chain. The capacity utilization rate of my country's foreign trade enterprises has declined, and orders have fallen sharply year-on-year. At the bottom of the value chain and focusing on OEM production, Baifu Lighting Co., Ltd. is faced with problems such as a narrow market and inaccurate positioning, and the profit margin of the company continues to decline. The case uses two short stories to reflect the current situation of the company's operation and management, and describes the practical process of Baifu Lighting's management reform by positioning "strategic dead ends", providing a reference for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade OEM enterprises of the same type.
