摘要:近年来,随着“双减”政策的正式实施,加上新冠疫情持续影响,非学科类校外培训机构的政策总体上逐渐趋于严格。大量学科类培训机构转型至艺术类培训赛道。在艺术培训市场进一步扩大的同时,艺术培训机构也迎来了前所未有的挑战。本案例以“添智艺术中心”为案例分析对象,描述其发展历程以及在困境中不断改变,与时俱进,以求生存又不忘初心、坚持教学质量为本的故事。本案例是一个艺术培训行业中的小微企业创业和成长的素材,旨在为同类企业的生存与发展提供鲜活的案例借鉴。

Tianzhi Art Center: Stick to the original intention or break the situation and seek change?

Abstract: In recent years, with the official implementation of the "double reduction" policy, coupled with the continued impact of the new crown epidemic, the policies of off-campus training institutions for no-disciplines have generally become more stringent. A large number of discipline training institutions have been transformed into art training tracks. While the art training market is further expanding, art training institutions are also facing unprecedented challenges. This case takes "Tianzhi Art Center" as the case analysis object, and describes its development process and the constant change in difficult situations, keeping pace with the times, in order to survive without forgetting the original intention and insisting on teaching quality. This case is a material for the entrepreneurship and growth of small and micro enterprises in the art training industry, and aims to provide a vivid case reference for the survival and development of similar enterprises.
