摘要:碳达峰、碳中和的大背景下,中国对清洁能源的发展高度重视,投资额连续多年居全球第一。水电、风电、光伏发电装机量稳居全球第一。碳中和的承诺,无疑将为清洁能源产业注入长期发展动力,并带来围绕清洁能源的各种新兴机遇。目前,中国的太阳能光伏产业规模稳居世界第一。本文以一家运营近10年的光伏企业为研究对象,对其现场、设备、库存、流程等现状进行分析,运用精益管理的理论知识、工具与方法论,解决生产过程中的问题。总结经验,优化经营模式,降低生产成本,提升生产效率。本文旨在精益管理方面给同类型企业以借鉴,使公司实现提高企业管理效率、降低人均用工成本、提升单机人效等目标。

Wuxi L Company: Building Lean, Seeking Development

Abstract: Under the background of "carbon peak, carbon neutral", China attaches great importance to the development of clean energy, and the investment volume has been the first in the world for many years. The installed capacity of hydropower, wind power and photovoltaic power generation is the first in the world. The commitment to carbon neutrality will undoubtedly inject long-term development momentum into the clean energy industry and bring about various emerging opportunities around clean energy. Currently, China's solar PV industry is the largest in the world. In this paper, we analyze the current situation of a PV company that has been operating for nearly 10 years, analyzing its site, equipment, inventory, and processes, and applying the theoretical knowledge, tools, and methodologies of lean management to solve problems in the production process. The study aims to summarize the experience, optimize the business model, reduce production costs and improve production efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to give reference to similar enterprises in terms of lean management, so that the company can achieve the goals of improving corporate management efficiency, reducing per capita labor costs, and increasing the efficiency of man-power per machine.
