摘要:企业的长远发展离不开其优秀的企业文化。始创于1964年的法尔胜泓昇集团有限公司(以下简称法尔胜),历经约半个世纪从手工合作社发展到国内一流、国外拥有较高知名度的现代化创新型企业,这一路的高歌猛进背后是其锐意进取的企业文化建设。本案例通过梳理法尔胜的多元化发展历程,剖析其企业文化内涵,从小及大地分析五峰山项目推进和第四次转型升级过程两个典型事件,挖掘出企业文化对企业创新发展的内在驱动力量。同时,强调了符合时代潮流和具有自身特色的企业文化塑造对企业长远发展的重要性。这对于同样处于时代浪尖上的传统制造业的转型升级具有现实的借鉴意义。

FASTEN: Core Culture Drives Innovation and Development

Abstract: The long-term development of an enterprise is inseparable from its excellent corporate culture. After about half a century, FASTEN has developed from a handcraft cooperation to a modern and innovative enterprise with a high reputation abroad. Behind this remarkable progress is its pioneering corporate culture construction. In this case, by sorting out the diversified development process of FASTEN, analyzing its corporate culture connotation, and analyzing two typical events, Wufengshan project promotion and the fourth transformation and upgrading process from childhood to earth, the internal driving force of corporate culture for enterprise innovation and development is excavated. At the same time, it emphasizes the importance of shaping the enterprise culture which conforms to the trend of The Times and has its own characteristics for the long-term development of the enterprise. This has practical reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry, which is also at the peak of The Times.
