摘要：在国家大力号召大众创业万众创新下，涌现出一批批具有创新无畏精神的创业者在奋斗中创造财富，极大激发了市场活力和社会创造力。郝保文就是这千千万万创业者中的一个，从退伍军人到站岗保安，再到部门项目负责人，最后又独立创业，成立了无锡中葆观光车运营管理有限公司，他的身上有着创业者普遍的特征：严谨、创新和大胆等。本案例梳理了郝保文一路的职场经历和校园公交项目对他之后职业生涯的影响，重点阐述了他的创业初衷以及公司成立后的运营管理等事宜。通过细致描述郝保文一路的心路历程、管理理念和管理方法，突出了不同阶段创业环境对创业者的影响，并反映了创业过程的企业家精神。郝保文的创业成功离不开他的不断学习，而当社会创业从“0”发展到“1”后，未来还将面临更多挑战，如何不断创新使得企业可持续发展下去是永恒的话题，也是整个社会创业者值得深思的问题。

Zhongbao Sightseeing Bus: The Entrepreneurial Journey From Zero To One
Abstract: Thanks to the state's strong call for mass entrepreneurship and innovation, waves of innovative and fearless entrepreneurs have emerged to create wealth in their endeavors, which has greatly stimulated market vitality and social creativity. Hao Baowen is one of the thousands of entrepreneurs, from a military veteran to a security guard, to a department project leader, and finally set up his own business, Wuxi Zhongbao Sightseeing Bus Operation and Management Co., LTD. He has the common characteristics of entrepreneurs: rigorous, innovative and bold. This case combs Hao Baowen's career experience and the influence of campus bus project on his later career, focusing on his original intention of starting a business and the operation and management of the company after its establishment. Through detailed description of Hao Baowen's journey, management philosophy and management methods, it highlights the impact of different stages of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurs, and reflects the entrepreneurial spirit in the process of entrepreneurship. Hao Baowen's success in entrepreneurship is inseparable from his continuous learning. However, when social entrepreneurship develops from "0" to "1", it will face more challenges in the future. How to make continuous innovation for sustainable development of enterprises is an eternal topic, which is also worth pondering for the whole social entrepreneurs.
