海尔曼太通无锡公司:基于需求分析的员工培训改革探索

摘要:企业每年都要在培训项目上进行大量的投入,但在培训项目的实施过程中,往往会呈现出“有人欢喜有人忧”的局面。在知识经济与互联网经济的背景下,本案例描述了海尔曼太通(无锡)电器配件有限公司如何在培训项目实施初期培训有效性较低,继而迎难而上探索出一条适合公司的员工培训之路的全过程。首先,该公司基于Goldstein培训需求分析理论,确定培训需求。然后,在确定培训需求后,梳理培训课程的先后逻辑关系,并根据参训人员的不同,综合运用学徒培训、授课法、讨论法、案例分析法等多种培训方法。最后根据行业特点,以“科学注塑成型课程”为改革试点,在反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层均取得明显成效。本案例中的员工培训经验有一定的借鉴意义,亦对其他企业的培训工作者有所启发。

Hellermann Tyton Wuxi Affiliate: Exploration Of Employee Training Reform Based On Demand Analysis

Abstract: Nowadays, Enterprises have to invest a lot in training programs every year. However, in the implementation process of training programs, there is often a situation of "some people are happy and others are worried". Under the background of knowledge economy and Internet economy, this case discusses how Hellermann Tyton Wuxi Co., Ltd. meets the problem of low training effectiveness in the implementation of the training project, and how to grasp the nettle to explore a suitable way for the company's staff training. First, the company identifies training needs based on Goldstein's training needs analysis theory. Then, after the training needs are determined, the logical relationship of training courses is sorted out, and various training methods such as apprenticeship training, teaching method, discussion method and case analysis method are comprehensively applied according to the different participants. Finally, according to the characteristics of the industry, the "Scientific injection Molding course" is taken as the reform pilot, which has achieved obvious results in the response layer, learning layer, behavior layer and result layer. The company's staff training experience is worthy of promotion. This case is mainly applied to the courses of "Human Resource Management", "Organizational behavior", "strategic Management", etc.
