摘要:企业文化渗透在现代企业的一切生产经营活动中,是现代企业生存的灵魂所在,亦是企业创新和企业竞争力的源泉。要想适应经济全球化的潮流,企业必须注重企业文化建设,引导企业形成共同价值观,增强企业凝聚力,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现健康可持续发展。本案例以和亿智能科技企业文化建设和推行为例,记录总结该公司企业文化建设和推行的经验。在企业文化建设阶段,该公司将发挥传统文化优势、成立幸福人文中心、大力推行“六项精进”作为建设思路建立企业文化;在企业文化的推行阶段,公司又将领导示范、制定员工培训和行为规范、浸润企业文化和关爱员工作为工作重点,推动企业文化成为全员共识;通过企业文化的建设与推行,企业发展与员工成长均获得了长足提升。本案例对其它公司企业文化建设与推行具有借鉴意义,也适用于战略管理、管理学等课程教学分析。

Heyi Intelligent: The Application of Traditional Chinese Culture In Corporate Culture Construction
Abstract: Corporate culture permeates all the production and management activities of modern enterprises. It is the soul of modern enterprise survival, and also the source of enterprise innovation and enterprise competitiveness. In order to adapt to the trend of economic globalization, enterprises must pay attention to the construction of corporate culture, guide enterprises to form common values, enhance the cohesion of enterprises, so that enterprises can achieve healthy and sustainable development in the fierce market competition. This paper takes Heyi intelligent technology enterprise culture construction and implementation as an example to record and summarize the experience of the company's enterprise culture construction and implementation. In the stage of corporate culture construction, the company will give full play to the advantages of traditional culture, establish happiness humanities center, vigorously promote the "six improvements" as the construction idea to establish corporate culture; In the implementation stage of corporate culture, the company will take leadership demonstration, formulate staff training and code of conduct, infiltrate corporate culture and care for employees as the focus of work, and promote corporate culture to become a consensus of all staff; Through the construction and implementation of corporate culture, corporate development and employee growth have been greatly improved. This case has reference significance for the construction and implementation of corporate culture in other companies, and is also applicable to the teaching analysis of strategic management, management and other courses.
