摘要:新冠疫情的爆发对我国实体企业造成了严重冲击,再加之中美关系日渐严峻,让中美电子制造业处于两国博弈的洪流之中。无锡擎德电子科技有限公司作为一家专业研制和生产家用电器、智能家居及电机驱动等领域控制器的高新科技企业,也正处于洪流之中2019,该公司成功站稳在千万产值的台阶上,正准备再接再厉向年营业额五千万迈进,便被新冠疫情打乱了公司的发展计划。另外,公司发展还面临一个亟待解决的问题:公司希望通过合理的绩效考核和薪酬管理制度来留住关键人才,确保关键业务人员稳定;并且以具有行业竞争优势的薪酬来吸引高技术人才,为公司发展添砖加瓦;因此亟需制定一套行之有效的绩效考核方案推进薪酬改革。本案例描述了公司的发展历程,介绍了即将推行薪酬改革的生产部门,梳理了公司发展面临的困惑,厘清了改革前需要完成的准备工作。本案例中,擎德电子在提高个人产能、团队产能及员工培训方面的思考及做法可以为其它企业提供借鉴。

Qingde Electronic: Reform Of Pay System In Production Department

Abstract: The outbreak of COVID-19 has caused a serious impact on the real enterprises in China. Coupled with the increasingly severe relationship between China and the United States, the electronic manufacturing industry in China and the United States is in the flood of the game between the two countries. Wuxi Qingde Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. as a professional development and production of home appliances, smart home and motor drive and other fields of controller high-tech enterprises, is in the flood. In 2019, the company was firmly on the cusp of reaching 10 million and was about to build on its efforts to reach 50 million in annual turnover when the pandemic disrupted its growth plans. In addition, the development of the company also faces an urgent problem to be solved: the company hopes to retain key talents through reasonable performance appraisal and salary management system to ensure the stability of key business personnel; Moreover, the company can attract high-tech talents with competitive salary to contribute to the development of the company. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a set of effective performance appraisal scheme to promote the compensation reform. This case describes the development process of the company, introduces the production departments that will carry out the compensation reform, sorts out the confusion that the company faces in the development, and clarifies the preparation work that needs to be completed before the reform. In this case, Qingde Electronics in improving individual capacity, team capacity and staff training thinking and practice can provide reference for other enterprises.
