摘要:众多企业随着规模日益壮大,都会出现内部流程繁琐、组织僵化、缺乏创新等不良趋势,阻碍企业进一步健康发展。贝卡尔特公司一直在钢丝变形和镀膜技术领域居于全球科技和市场领先地位,在中国也不断扩大着经营规模。然而随着组织日趋庞大,公司内部各项运营指标出现恶化趋势。本案例分析了贝卡尔特公司在经过麦肯斯咨询公司的诊断后进行的业务变革管理,从业务流程、供应链管理、内部系统优化等方面推行精益生产,通过改变工作模式、控制质量成本和面向制造的设计实现降本增效,进而有效提高组织运营效率。案例对贝卡尔特的精益生产流程和方法实施进行了系统介绍,对于制造企业的升级转型有一定的借鉴和实践意义。

Bekaert:The road to lean production
Abstract: With the growing scale of many enterprises, there will be a cumbersome internal process, rigid organization, lack of innovation and other adverse trends, which hinder the further healthy development of enterprises. Bekaert, as a global technology and market leader in the field of wire deformation and coating technology, has been expanding its business scale in China. However, as the organization grows larger, the internal operating indicators of the company deteriorate. This case analyzes the business change management of Bekaert after the diagnosis of Mackenzie Consulting Company. It implemented lean production from the aspects of business process, supply chain management and internal system optimization, and achieved cost reduction and efficiency increase by changing work mode, controlling quality cost and manufacturing oriented design, so as to effectively improve organizational operation efficiency. This case systematically introduces the implementation of lean production process and method in Bekaert, which has certain reference and practical significance for the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
