摘要:整合重组,是很多集团公司常采用的发展战略,有助于企业集中优势、强化竞争力。但在重组过程中,也常常隐藏危机,如果不能很好的控制进程、顺利促使合并双方融合,则很可能导致重组失败。本案例描述了主营喷油螺杆空压机研发与制造的A集团,将上海工厂整体搬迁并入苏州工厂的全过程,详细描述了从设备、工艺、技术、人员、场地等多方面出发的业务转移和搬迁。通过分析案例,有助于了解项目管理相关知识以及实践应用,对把握项目时间管理、质量管理、人力资源管理等具有积极意义。

A Group: The journey of integration and relocation of Shanghai Air Compressor Factory
Abstract: Integration and reorganization is a development strategy often adopted by many group companies, which helps enterprises concentrate their advantages and strengthen their competitiveness. However, crisis is often hidden in the process of restructuring. If the process is not well controlled and the two merging parties are smoothly integrated, it is likely to lead to the failure of restructuring. This case describes the whole process of A Group, which is mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of oil injection screw air compressors, integrating the Shanghai factory into the Suzhou factory, and describes in detail the business transfer and relocation from equipment, process, technology, personnel, site and other aspects. Through case analysis, it is helpful to understand project management related knowledge and practical application, and has positive significance to grasp project time management, quality management, human resource management and so on.
