摘要:随着我国经济进入增速减缓、结构升级、要素及投资驱动向创新驱动转变的新常态阶段,中小企业普遍面临着原料成本增加、劳动力成本提高、市场需求下降、出口形势严峻的发展困境,产业转型升级迫在眉睫。爱普电器作为一个最早进入吸尘器行业的品牌,历经市场的红利期、衰退期,面对着激烈的行业竞争与市场变化,通过设备更新、员工培训、加强管理等提高产品质量;以并购或持股方式整合上下游供应链,缩减中间环节与成本,提高运营效率;加强研发与国内自主品牌建设等。这一系列变革手段增强了企业的核心竞争力与溢价能力。本案例不仅丰富了OEM代工企业转型升级的成功案例,而且对中国制造业转型升级路径与方向的选择也具有一定的借鉴与指导意义。

Aipu Electric Appliances: From OEM foundries to unicorns in the field of vacuum cleaners


Abstract: As China's economy enters a new normal stage of slowing growth, structural upgrading, factor and investment-driven to innovation-driven, small and medium-sized enterprises are generally facing the development dilemma of increasing raw material costs, increasing labor costs, declining market demand, and severe export situation, and industrial transformation and upgrading are imminent. As one of the earliest brands to enter the vacuum cleaner industry, Aipu Electric Appliances has experienced a period of dividends and recessions in the market. Faced with fierce industry competition and market changes, it improved product quality through equipment updates, staff training, and strengthened management, improved operational efficiency through integrating the upstream and downstream supply chains with mergers and acquisitions or shareholdings to reduce intermediate links and costs, and strengthened research and development and domestic independent brand construction. The series of reforms enhanced the core competitiveness and premium ability of enterprises continuously. This case not only enriches the successful cases of the transformation and upgrading of OEM foundry enterprises, but also has certain reference and guiding significance for the choice of the path and direction of transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.
