摘要:为整合一汽集团内部优势资源,做强做大自主商用车发动机品牌,一汽解放发动机事业部从2017年10月起,历经两次全体改革,以一汽锡柴为主体,整合了道依茨大柴、油泵油嘴研究所、商用车开发院发动机所等相关机构,最终成立了一汽解放发动机事业部。通过精准定位、研发体系整合、产品规划全方位覆盖、运营成本节约、供应链优化等,大大提高企业的研发能力、运营效率和市场地位。本案例主要讲述了一汽解放发动机事业部成立的背景和动机及重组合并的相关过程,对企业整合优势资源,做强做大民族品牌具有深刻借鉴意义。

FAW Jiefang Engine Division: Integration and reorganization under the change of organizational structure


Abstract: In order to integrate the internal advantageous resources of FAW Group , strengthen and expand the brand of independent commercial vehicle engines, FAW Jiefang Engine Division has gone through two plenary reforms since October 2017. With FAW Xichai as the main body, it integrated Deutz Dachai, Oil Pump Nozzle Research Institute, Commercial Vehicle Development Institute Engine Institute and other related institutions, and finally established FAW Jiefang Engine Division. Through accurate positioning, R&D system integration, all-round coverage of product planning, operating cost savings, supply chain optimization, etc., the company's R&D capabilities, operational efficiency and market position were greatly improved. This case mainly described the background and motivation of the establishment of FAW Jiefang Engine Division and the related process of restructuring and merger, which are of profound reference significance for enterprises to integrate superior resources and strengthen and expand national brands.
