摘要:随着现代经济的迅猛发展,电线电缆行业已经发展成为我国经济发展的重要组成部分。远东集团作为一个提供架空导线、电力电缆、电气装备用电线电缆、特种电缆等四大类全系列、全规格、高品质产品的电缆集团企业,主要致力于线缆产品的系统研发、设计、制造、营销与服务等业务。然而,当企业发展到一定阶段,必然面临制约发展的一系列因素。因此,远东集团面对挑战如何制定合理的创新战略、如何进行品牌管理以及高级人才开发等战略管理问题,如何在变化的环境中发挥企业优势和寻找发展机会,使企业在残酷的市场竞争中发展壮大,是企业当前所必须解决的问题。本案例概括性地总结了远东集团先后进行的六次改革,以及企业在每一次改革之后进一步发展与壮大的原因。对远东集团进一步创新发展所面临的机遇与挑战进行系统分析,阐释新的管理机制产生的动因。旨在通过对远东集团企业成长过程的研究,进一步探索我国民营企业创新发展的一般规律。

Far Eastern Group: The Road of Reform and Innovation Development
Abstract: With the rapid development of modern economy, the wire and cable industry has developed into an important part of China's economic development. As a cable group enterprise providing four categories of full series, full specifications and high quality products, such as overhead conductors, power cables, wires and cables for electrical equipment and special cables, Far Eastern Group is mainly committed to the business of system development, design, manufacturing, marketing and service of cable products. However, when an enterprise reaches a certain stage of development, it is bound to face a series of factors that restrict its development. Therefore, how to formulate a reasonable innovation strategy, how to carry out brand management and strategic management issues such as senior talent development in the face of challenges, and how to give full play to corporate advantages and find development opportunities in the changing environment so that the enterprise can develop and grow in the cruel market competition are the issues that the enterprise must solve at present. This case summarizes the six reforms carried out by Far East Group and the reasons for the further development and growth of the company after each reform. The opportunities and challenges facing the further innovation and development of the Far East Group are systematically analyzed, and the motivation of the new management mechanism is explained. The aim is to further explore the general rules of innovation and development of Chinese private enterprises by studying the growth process of Far East Group enterprises.
