Ourjia Technology: Go All Out on The Road of "Specialization and Innovation"
Abstract: Strategic change is an academic frontier proposition in the field of strategy, strategic change theory and change practice present differences between industries and enterprises. This case reviewed the development history of Wuxi Ourjia Technology Co., LTD., introduced the main product—pneumatic components in detail, and analyzed the current application market of pneumatic components, and industry development trend. When the internal and external environment changes, what measures it took, what problems and challenges it faced in the process of expanding the scale. It is more common to see the mature management systems of large enterprises from their rich sales data and large business scale, but by studying how strategic direction change and what corresponding management measures take in the process of small enterprises’ growth, it will help us to learn how to cultivate the core competitive advantage and achieve success step by step, give more inspiration on the management.
Compared with the gorgeous sales data and huge business scale of large enterprises, the original intention and operation measures of small enterprises may give more inspiration to management.
