摘要：近年来，新一代“锡商”登上舞台。在他们身上，不仅传承了老一辈的“四千四万精神”，更呈现出重科技、重创新、重人才的发展特质，他们是锡山经济的“后浪”，用奋斗引领时代节拍，开启更高品质的小康生活。无锡斗山白茶园就是其中典范之一。从海外学成归来的90后朱一鸣，投身于父辈一手创办的白茶园，上山下地、孜孜探索，将新兴的管理理念和科学管理发展模式应用于传统茶园的运营管理中，善于利用科学种茶，进而打造一流品质，多种举措同时并进，塑造企业良好。本案例通过梳理无锡斗山白茶园茶文化有限公司董事长朱一鸣的典型创业历程，总结归纳企业的创新再发展时应关注的市场行情、采取的变革措施和未来规划，同时，突出了可持续绿色发展的经营理念的重要性，对今后更多小农企业的创新升级和长远发展有一定的借鉴意义。

Wuxi Doushan White Tea Garden: Innovation and Development Under Inheritance

Abstract: In recent years, a new generation of Wuxi traders has emerged on the scene. They not only inherit the "spirit of 44 million" of the older generation, but also have the characteristics of emphasizing science and technology, innovation and talent. They are the "backward wave" of Xishan economy, leading the time with struggle and opening a better quality of life. Wuxi Doushan White Tea Garden is one of the examples. Zhu Yiming, a post-90s who returned from overseas studies, devoted himself to the white tea garden founded by his parents. He applied the emerging management concept and scientific management development mode to the traditional tea garden, and was good at using science to grow tea, so as to create first-class quality. Various measures were taken simultaneously to develop the enterprise. This case through combines the typical entrepreneurial process of the chairman of Wuxi Doushan White Tea Garden Tea Culture Co. LTD, summarizes that the innovation and development of the enterprise should pay attention to the market situation, the measures taken and future planning. At the same time, the importance of the sustainable development of green business philosophy should be highlighted. It may be benefit more small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to innovate and upgrade, and have certain reference significance for their long-term development in the future.
