摘要:江苏省茶叶研究所前身为江苏省茶叶试验站,始建于1966年,在五十多年的发展历程中,平稳度过2000年的艰难改制时期后,企业从此走上了商业化发展的道路,最终成功发展为一家集茶叶技术研发、茶叶新产品生产、茶文化推广于一体的科技型企业。然而,随着市场化竞争日趋激烈,茶叶研究所再次面临着如何打破经营困局、开拓产品销路等问题。本案例通过梳理茶叶研究所的成长历史、经营现状和发展困境,详细分析企业一路走来的竞争优势和部分局限性,探讨了企业如何为将来的可持续发展打造自身核心竞争优势。同时,也为更多中小型科技型企业的发展提供更多借鉴经验。

The Tea Research Institute: The Business Dilemma Under the Market Competition

Abstract: The Tea Research Institute has a history of more than 50 years. After the difficult restructuring period of 2000, the company has embarked on the road of commercial development, and finally successfully developed into a scientific and technological enterprise which focus on tea technology research and development, tea new product production and tea culture promotion. However, as marketization competition is fiercer day by day, Tea Research Institute is faced with how to break management predicament, open up marketing channel again. By combing the growth history, operating status and development dilemma of Tea Research Institute, this case tries to analyze the competitive advantages and some limitations of the enterprise along the way, so as to build its own core competitive advantages for sustainable development in the future. At the same time, it also provides more reference experience for the development of more small and medium-sized technology enterprises.
