Abstract: This case aims at the changes made by Wuxi Mingtong Power Industry Co., Ltd. in response to different market demands in different periods, and it is starting from scratch step by step, from the top in China to the world stage.  This paper discusses how small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises strive for progress in stability, quality in development and innovation in reform through their own efforts.  Through the analysis of the present situation and the expectation of the future, seek the strategy of sustainable development of the enterprise.  This can also provide guidance for the reform and transformation of other similar small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
