摘要:无锡日联科技股份有限公司成立于2009年,是从事精密X射线技术研究和X射线智能检测装备研发及制造的国家级高新技术企业,也是国内集物联网“云计算”技术X线智能检测系统的专业厂商。产品广泛应用于电子制造、半导体集成电路、锂电新能源、泛工业无损检测NDT、异物检测等众多领域。20225月,无锡日联科技有限公司成功入选国家工信部建议“重点支持”的国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业名单。从创立之初的民营小微企业成长成为如今的国家“小巨人”企业,日联科技一路披荆斩棘,能取得今天这样的成绩,离不开公司董事长刘骏的领导。刘骏从渭南师范学院物理系毕业后,先后从事过教师,外企技术经理,高级白领,民营企业家,也经历过创业失败,但最终,还是克服重重困难,创立日联科技,为祖国乃至世界的精密X射线产业贡献力量。本案例旨在通过介绍日联科技公司的发展历程和董事长刘骏的自身经历以及领导模式的转变,使读者掌握领导者领导力发展阶段及其对公司发展各个阶段的作用。

UNICOMP: The Path Of Development From A Small Enterprise To A "Little Giant" Enterprise

Abstract: UNICOMP, founded in 2009, is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in the research of precision X-ray technology and the R & D and manufacturing of X-ray intelligent detection equipment. In May 2022, UNICOMP was successfully selected into the list of national specialized and new "little giant" enterprises recommended by the Ministry of industry and information technology as "key support". From the private small and micro enterprises at the beginning of its establishment to today's national "little giant" enterprises, UNICOMP has overcome all difficulties and difficulties, and cannot achieve today's results without the leadership of Jun Liu, chairman of the company. After graduating from the Department of physics of Weinan Normal University, Jun Liu has successively worked as a teacher, technical manager, senior white-collar workers, private entrepreneurs, and has also experienced entrepreneurial failure. However, he overcame many difficulties and founded UNICOMP to contribute to the precision X-ray industry of the motherland and the whole world. The purpose of this case is to make readers understand the development stages of leadership and their role in the development of the company by introducing the development process of UNICOMP, the experience of chairman Jun Liu and the transformation of leadership mode.
