摘要：“踏遍千山万水，吃尽千辛万苦；说尽千言万语，历经千难万险。”是改革开放后，苏南民营企业创业发展的精神灵魂。无锡锡山第二燃化有限公司是众多江苏乡镇民营企业艰苦创业和发展的一个代表。本案例描写创始人金永兴带领员工从乡镇小型企业发展成为市区级重点企业的历程，创始人金永兴从做木匠起步，为发展寻煤源、谋出路，奠定公司发展雏形的基本脉络，阐述公司在发展中遭遇市场“寒冬”，积极调整战略应对挑战；在新时代下回报社会、履行企业社会责任的发展历程。案例以“四千四万”精神为主线，从创业管理和企业社会责任两方面着手，通过研究无锡锡山第二燃化有限公司这一苏南民营企业创业和发展的归结，分析“四千四万”精神在企业创业和发展中的作用；解读企业在发展中承担社会责任的内部及外部驱动因素，使学员能深刻领悟苏南企业家艰苦创业的精神和文化动因。

Wuxi Xishan Second Combustion Chemical Co. LTD：Record of the Growth and Practice

Abstract: "Traveled thousands of mountains and rivers, eat thousands of hardships, say thousands of words, after thousands of difficulties and dangers," this is the reform and opening up, Jiangsu township enterprises entrepreneurial development of enterprising spirit. Wuxi xishan second combustion chemical co., LTD. grow up in this kind of entrepreneurial environment. The case describes the founder Jin-yong-xing led the small enterprise to grow into a key enterprise, Jin-yong-xing did woodwork, responded to market challenges, and gave back to society by fulfilling corporate social responsibility. Full text takes enterprising spirit as the main line, mainly focuses on the concepts of entrepreneurship management and social responsibility, through studying the typical "southern Jiangsu model" defining the entrepreneurial environment. Analyze the function mechanism of enterprise spirit in the process of enterprise operation, clarify the internal and external driving factors of enterprise to undertake social responsibility. With case study and literature study as the main research methods, students can explore the sustainable development of enterprises on the basis of understanding entrepreneurship.
