摘要:亿腾科技(无锡)有限公司(以下简称亿腾科技)经过数十年的不懈努力耕耘,坚持“以质量立足市场、坚持自主研发”的原则,开发出设计新颖、功能强大的各类门类产品,已出口至全球50多个国家,在全球业内建立了良好的企业信誉和口碑。近年来,国内外市场环境急速变化,企业竞争日益激烈,亿腾科技利润空间逐渐收窄,如何改善经营管理显得尤为重要。基于此,亿腾科技选择将阿米巴模式导入其经营管理中,以解决企业在文化建设、组织架构等方面存在的问题。本案例基于阿米巴模式理论,重点对亿腾科技导入阿米巴经营模式的实施过程、实施效果进行分析和经验总结。亿腾科技公司在经营过程中遇到的问题具有典型性,它代表了很多生产型中小型企业所面临的经营困境,从而为其他中小型制造企业推行阿米巴模式提供一定的参考借鉴价值。
