摘要：有一类人叫“连续创业者”，他们乐于折腾，勇于搏击商海。无论乘风破浪还是折戟沉沙，急流勇退不是他们的姿态，持续航行才是他们的归宿。本案例描述了一位深耕无线电领域多年的创业者李春生的连续创业之路，以其二次创业经历为主线，梳理他从大学时期懵懂探索调频广播电台、Radiobook门户网站；到毕业后合伙创业，聚焦大功率WIFI产品但稚嫩坎坷的一次创业；以及不忘创业梦，毅然独立创业并成功打造高品质无线传输板卡商“正旗通信”的历程。本案例重点分析李春生连续创业者的特征、动力、核心基础和决策逻辑，对连续创业者追梦途中，如何具备素质能力，把握机会，适时决策从而取得创业成功具有现实的启示意义。

Zhengqi Communication: Small and Micro Entrepreneur’s Entrepreneurship Decision Logic

Abstract: There is a class of people called serial entrepreneurs. They are willing to toss and have the courage to fight the sea of business. Whether they ride the wind and waves or sink into the sand, it is not their attitude to retreat bravely, and continuous sailing is their destination. This case takes two entrepreneurial experiences as the main line, and describes the continuous entrepreneurial road of Li Chunsheng, who has been deeply involved in the radio field for many years. In the infancy of his business, he ignorantly explored FM radio stations and Radiobook portals. In the first entrepreneurial stage, he partnered with others to focus on high-power WIFI products, but it failed. In the second entrepreneurial stage, he successfully founded Zhengqi Communication, a high-quality wireless transmission card manufacturer. This case focuses on analyzing the characteristics, motivation, core foundation and decision logic of Li Chunsheng's serial entrepreneurs. It has a profound meaning in how serial entrepreneurs can improve their quality, seize opportunities, and make decisions to achieve entrepreneurial success.
