摘要:中国是世界上最大的罐头生产和出口国,与罐头产业相匹配的是规模庞大的中国食品空罐制造产业。本案例以福建漳州地区英特包装集团这家以传统食品空罐制造为核心业务的中小型民营企业为研究对象,首先理清其宏观营销环境、行业竞争环境、内部环境,在这基础上分析发现自2012年成立以来,英特包装抢先抓住了市场机遇,业务快速发展,规模逐步增大。但是,在近几年越来越激烈的食品空罐市场环境中,集团的发展遇到了较大的困难,陆续出现经营理念落后、内部管理混乱、缺乏先进技术、剩余资源利用率不足等问题,如今市场占有率在所属地区(福建、山东等)已达到近饱和状态。此时作为传统民营企业的英特包装将需要重新审视其战略发展方向,是否进行变革以及如何进行良好的变革成为需要迫切解决的问题。

Yingte Packaging: The Road of Development and Change As A Traditional Private-owned Manufacturing Enterprise
Abstract: China is the world's largest producer and exporter of canned goods, and the canning industry is closely related to the empty food can manufacturing industry. This case study takes Yingte Packaging Group (Yingte), a small and medium-sized private enterprise with traditional empty food can manufacturing as its core business, in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, as the object. Firstly, sorting out its macro marketing environment, industry competition environment and internal environment. It is found that since its establishment in 2012, Yingte has seized the market opportunity with rapid business development and gradual increase in scale. However, In the increasingly intense food empty can market environment in recent years, the Group's development has encountered greater difficulties, such as outdated management philosophy, internal management chaos, lack of advanced technology, insufficient utilization of remaining resources and other issues, and now the market share in the region to which it belongs (Fujian and Shandong) has reached near-saturation. As a traditional private enterprise, Yingte needs to re-examine its strategic direction at this time. Whether to make changes and how to make reasonable changes has become an urgent problem to be solved.
