摘要:本案例描述了中国铁塔股份有限公司无锡市分公司在深入推进总公司提出的“一体两翼”战略布局时,遇到“一体”业务与“两翼”业务不均衡发展的困境,深思是否还应该在无锡坚持“一体两翼”发展。案例描述了中国铁塔的发展历程,呈现以一体为根基激发两翼活力,以优势互补,协同发展为出发点,打造以责任共担,资源共建、共享能力为核心特征的一体两翼业务协同发展体系。无锡公司以创造客户价值为根本,提供低成本,高效率,优服务的同时,如何统筹整合社会共享资源,提供跨行业空间平台,信息化共享服务,借力新基建,力争将两翼业务均衡发展,推动能源业务经营与跨行业业务收入为另一个利润增长驱动力而迟迟达不到预期。通过案例分析,帮助学生理清转型动因,分析战略,选择战略实施的思想,为企业战略转型提供借鉴。

Wuxi Tower:"One body, Two wings" Business’s Marketization Revolution
Abstract: This case describes the Wuxi branch of China Tower Co., LTD., which has further promoted the strategic layout of "one body, two wings" proposed by the head office. Facing the unbalanced development of the operator business and two-wing business, it is pondering whether it should still adhere to the "one body, two wings" strategy’s development in Wuxi. The case describes the development process of China Tower, showing that the operator business as the foundation to stimulate the vitality of the two wings business, and complementary advantages, collaborative development as the starting point, to create a joint responsibility, resource construction, sharing capacity as the core characteristics of the "one body, two wings" business collaborative development system. Wuxi company in order to create customer value as the basis, to provide low-cost, high efficiency, good service at the same time, how to integrate social sharing resources, as a whole cross-industry space platform, information sharing service, the new infrastructure, strive for the two wings balanced development of the business, promote energy business. Case studies can help students to clarify the transformation motivation, analyze the strategy, and choose the idea of strategy implementation, so as to provide reference for the strategic transformation of enterprises.
