摘要:本案例描述了无锡智慧居物联网科技有限公司,是一家以智能家居、智慧社区、智能酒店为研究方向,智能化产品集成化设计及施工的综合性物联网企业。自2013年公司创立至今,成功从一个毫不起眼的智能家居服务商发展为物联网智能、弱电工程的系统集成商。以智慧居的创业历程为主线,重点描述了智慧居的创业历程,从前期试水如何拿到公司第一单,到中期初获成就维持稳定客户量,到如今的稳步成长不断开疆拓土,公司将创业过程中遇到的问题与瓶颈逐个击破,用创新的视角去解决问题,用诚恳的态度去寻求合作,用产品的质量与企业的信誉去赢得订单,力争长期合作,提升业务量。创始团队不断磨合成长,实现创业过程中的资源整合,使整个公司架构不断充实,做到管好人力资本,不断提升员工业务水平,保持企业持续成长。本案例适合《创业管理》课程教学,试图以此案例解读或帮助学员学习创业机会识别与开发、资源整合和团队建设等理论知识点,对初创企业发现问题解决问题以及心态管理有着重要的启示意义。

Wisdom House: seize the hot spot to expand the entrepreneurial road


Abstract:This case describes Wuxi Smart House Internet of Things Technology Co., Ltd., which is a comprehensive Internet of Things enterprise with smart home, smart community and smart hotel as its research direction and integrated design and construction of intelligent products. Since the company was founded in 2013, it has successfully developed from an inconspicuous smart home service provider to a system integrator of intelligent and weak current projects of the Internet of Things. Taking the entrepreneurial process of Smart House as the main line, the paper focuses on the entrepreneurial process of Smart House. From how to get the first order of the company in the early stage, to maintaining a stable customer base with early achievements in the middle stage, to the steady growth of today, the company has been expanding its territory. The company has broken down the problems and bottlenecks encountered in the entrepreneurial process one by one, solved the problems with an innovative perspective, and sought cooperation with a sincere attitude, Use product quality and enterprise reputation to win orders, strive for long-term cooperation and improve business volume. The founding team keeps growing, realizes the integration of resources in the process of entrepreneurship, constantly enriches the entire company structure, manages human capital, constantly improves the staff's business level, and maintains the continuous growth of the enterprise. This case is suitable for the teaching of Entrepreneurship Management. It is intended to interpret or help students learn theoretical knowledge points such as entrepreneurial opportunity identification and development, resource integration and team building through this case, which has important enlightenment significance for start-ups to find problems and solve problems as well as mind management.
