摘要:本案例描述了跨国大型体育用品专营企业迪卡侬公司(DECATHLON)针对当今智能化不断发展的大背景,面对各种技术的突飞猛进、新兴运动品牌不断出现、客户需求发生变化的时代困局,迪卡侬如何转型力争行业领先水平,将当今时代发展重点智能制造融入供应链,全方位提升企业竞争力。迪卡侬公司通过系统分析公司成长和发展过程中等待解决的问题以及目前所遇到的瓶颈,采用颠覆传统竞争规则的思维、理念,依托迪卡侬独特的供应链体系,在多环节引入智能制造技术,选择打造工厂样板间的方法,后续计划将成功经验在多个城市乃至国家实现复制,让智能制造更快更加全方位融入迪卡侬,帮助迪卡侬实现成功转型。本案例对面临转型困难的品牌专营零售店如何破局,如何将局部成功经验实现最大化利用,形成企业独特的竞争力,有着重要的启示意义。

Decathlon's transformation path: Integrating intelligent manufacturing into supply chain


Abstract: This case describes how Decathlon, a large multinational sports goods franchise company, aims at the background of the continuous development of intelligence today, and in the face of the difficulties of the times when various technologies are advancing rapidly, emerging sports brands are emerging, and customer needs are changing, DECATHLON is trying to transform itself into an industry leader, integrate intelligent manufacturing into the supply chain, and improve its competitiveness in an all-round way. Decathlon systematically analyzes the problems to be solved in the process of growth and development of the company and the bottlenecks currently encountered, adopts the thinking and concept of subverting the traditional competition rules, relies on Decathlon's unique supply chain system, introduces intelligent manufacturing technology in multiple links, selects the method of building factory model rooms, and plans to replicate the successful experience in multiple cities and even countries, Let intelligent manufacturing integrate into Decathlon more quickly and comprehensively, and help Decathlon achieve successful transformation. This case has an important enlightenment on how to break the situation of brand retail stores facing difficulties in transformation, how to maximize the use of local successful experiences, and how to form the unique competitiveness of enterprises.
