摘要:本案例阐述了无锡欧鑫科技有限公司在原有的运营模式下,遇到了文件管理、生产管理、跨部门沟通、库存管理等各个方面的问题,不仅给公司带来了损失还影响了公司的信誉。总经理宋平试图采用多种管理方法加以解决,但最终不仅收效甚微还衍生出来许多新的问题。在公司运营困难重重的情况下,宋平又通过跟曾有同样问题的客户进行沟通交流,学习相关经验,意识到了进行企业数字化转型、上线数字化系统辅助企业管理运营是解决当前公司问题的最佳方案。最终在企业管理层及各个团队的努力下,欧鑫克服了数字化系统启动过程中出现的种种难题,通过不断地调适与测试,最终成功地实现了数字化系统启动,为解决经营难题提供了新方法,凭借企业数字化管理的优势从一众小微企业里脱颖而出,寻求到了更多合作机会。欧鑫科技在数字化赋能之路上的实践探索,很好的反映出小微企业如何利用数字化系统实现管理转型来解决其发展痛点,强化了公司的运营能力,进而获得企业优质稳定发展,同时也为其他企业提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract: This case describes the Wuxi Ouxin Technology Co., Ltd. under the original operation mode, encountered document management, production management, cross-departmental communication, inventory management and other aspects of the problem, not only brought losses to the company also affected the company's reputation. General Manager Song Ping tried to solve the problem by adopting various management methods, but in the end, not only little effect but also many new problems arose. In the face of heavy difficulties in the company's operation, Song Ping communicated with customers who had the same problem, learned relevant experience, and realized that the best solution to solve the current problems of the company was to carry out the digital transformation of the enterprise and go online the digital system to assist enterprise management and operation. Finally with the help of the enterprise management and the teams, the xin overcomes the problems appeared in the process of digital system startup, through constant adjustment and test, and finally successfully realized digital system startup, which provides a new way to solve the management problems, with the advantages of digital management of enterprises from the small micro enterprise stand out, to seek more cooperation opportunities. The practice and exploration of Ou Xin Technology on the road of digital empowerment is a good reflection of how small and micro enterprises use the digital system to achieve management transformation to solve their development pain points, strengthen the company's operational ability, and thus achieve high-quality and stable development of enterprises.
