摘要：本案例描述了中国宁波普润均胜从2010年起，历经十年，落地生根，发展壮大，宁波制造，覆盖全球，成功实现一次腾飞。但是面对如今汽车业百年大变局，中国汽车强国之路所面临前所未有的机遇与挑战，宁波普瑞均胜汽车电子有限公司预测未来5年业绩出现下滑挑战，形势严峻，危机重重，管理层一致认为变革势在必行并积极求索变革路径。最终宁波普瑞均胜汽车电子有限公司选择以变革引领创新，用创新驱动变革，从产品技术、制造技术、数字化技术、智能化生产、供应链模式等几个方面加强创新力度，并且因地制宜，在以内为主、内外双循环的战略转型的道路上采取了“核心技术中国本土化”的策略，真正做到立足中国、服务全球，为下一个十年的二次腾飞不断蓄力。本案例适用于《创新管理》课程，以熊彼特创新理论为理论基础，从产品创新、生产创新、市场创新和组织创新这四大方面进行内容阐述，对于企业如何利用创新实现变革有着重要的启示意义。
