摘要:外资企业在订单压力和人员招聘困难的情况下,如何有效管理技术工人、提高生产效率是业界普遍难题。Wuxitec工厂就是阿特拉斯·科普柯集团在无锡分公司的一家专门从事机加工的车间,常年承担着公司的大部分订单中至关重要的机头组件部分。近年来,随着公司整体业绩越来越好,大量订单也接踵而至,这让原本就满负荷运营的Wuxitec工厂更加忙碌起来,但还是存在延迟交付现象。通过深入调查,发现技术工人的管理模式上存在大量缺陷,公司一贯的人性化政策也面临着员工各种不道德行为风险的侵蚀。本案例通过梳理公司的组织架构和管理模式,对现有技术工人管理方面存在的多样化问题进行全面剖析,并提出相应管理对策。案例从保持公司文化一致性和员工高效的产出价值两个视角,不断完善改进适合公司长远发展的管理制度,希望为同样问题困扰的企业提供一些经验和借鉴。

Wuxitec Factory: Improve The Management System Of Skilled Workers

Abstract: Under the circumstance of order pressure and personnel recruitment difficulty, how to effectively manage skilled workers to improve production efficiency is a common problem in foreign enterprises. The Wuxitec factory is a specialized machining workshop in the Wuxi branch of Atlas Copco Group, which is responsible for most of the company's orders for the vital nose components. In recent years, as the company's overall performance has improved, a large number of orders have come in, which has kept the Wuxitec factory operating at full capacity even busier, but there are still delays in deliveries. Through in-depth investigation, it is found that there are a lot of defects in the management mode of skilled workers, and the company's consistent humane policy is also facing the erosion of various unethical behavior risks of employees. By sorting out the organizational structure and management mode of the company, this case comprehensively analyzes the diversified problems existing in the management of existing skilled workers, and puts forward corresponding management countermeasures. From the perspective of maintaining the consistency of corporate culture and the efficient output value of employees, the case constantly improves the management system suitable for the long-term development of the company, hoping to provide some experience and reference for enterprises suffering from the same problems.
