摘要:2021年下半年以来,大多数行业进入低增长状态,目前受俄乌冲突以及地缘政治的影响,国际能源、大宗商品及原材料市场价格均出现大幅波动,人工成本上升,资源也趋于紧张。如何在低成本模式下提升生产效率是制造业行业普遍需要突破的目标。慕斯达渔具(无锡)有限公司的供不应求的订单生产依赖公司一线员工的熟练程度、生产线的能效。然而员工老龄化、生产线报废率高、生产工序复杂导致衔接不顺畅、国际货运运输时间长等各种影响生产力的情况阻碍公司目标实现。案例描述了慕斯达公司管理团队在深入产线了解实际运营情况后,从人、机、料、生产系统几个方面着手提升效率和降低成本,为慕斯达在低成本模式下提升生产效率提出解决思路。本案例能够为制造企业降本增效提供一些思路和经验,在激烈竞争中达成预期目标。

Mustad: explore the road of cost reduction and efficiency


Abstract: Since the second half of 2021, most industries have entered a low growth state. Currently, the international energy, commodity and raw material market prices are fluctuating significantly due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and geopolitical influences, labor costs are rising and resources are becoming tight. How to improve production efficiency in a low-cost model is the goal of the manufacturing industry generally need to break through. Mousta Fishing Tackle (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.'s oversupplied order production relies on the proficiency of the company's front-line employees and the energy efficiency of the production line. However, various conditions affecting productivity, such as aging employees, high production line scrap rate, complex production processes leading to poor interface, and long international shipping times, were hindering the company's goals. The case describes how the management team of Musda, after going deep into the production line to understand the actual operation situation, started to improve efficiency and reduce cost from the aspects of human, machine, material and production system, and proposed solutions for Musda to improve production efficiency under the low-cost mode. This case can provide some ideas and experience for manufacturing enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and achieve the expected goal in the fierce competition.
