摘要:NU无锡制药有限公司是全球500强的法国DA公司的全资子公司,长期专注临床医学营养产品领域,提供医学营养、输送泵、管路系统全套的医学营养服务,是中国肠内医学营养的开创者与领导者,目前占中国肠内医学营养份额的50%以上,产品还远销欧盟、澳洲、新西兰、巴西等。但看似光鲜的背后,NU公司一路走来绝非坦途。该案例以NU公司进入中国市场20年发展之旅为背景,讲述了NU公司审时度势从创立之初专注医药的肠内营养的战略,转向多元化战略并一路坚持多元化发展的历程。旨在引导思考企业如何在市场、政策等因素多变、竞争加剧的环境中,结合公司内部的特点、合理分析形势、选择最优战略,以获得竞争优势,确保企业可持续发展。为企业在实践中从完整因素变动分析、战略审视与选择、到战略实施的全过程提供参考。

Nuditia (NU): The Path to diversification strategy


Abstract: NU Wuxi Pharmaceutical Co., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the global Top 500 French DA Company, has been focusing on the field of clinical medical nutrition products for a long time, providing a full set of medical nutrition services including medical nutrition, pump and pipeline system. NU is the pioneer and leader of enteral medical nutrition in China, accounting for more than 50% of the enteral medical nutrition share in China, and its products are also exported to European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and so on. But behind the facade, NU's journey has been far from smooth. Based on the 20-year development of NU in the Chinese market. This case tells the story of NU’s transition from the initial strategy of focusing on pharmaceutical enteral nutrition to the diversification strategy and the diversification development all the way. It aims to guide enterprises to think about how to reasonably analyze the situation and choose the optimal strategy in combination with the internal characteristics of the company in the changing market, policy and other factors and the intensifying competition environment, so as to obtain competitive advantages and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises. It provides reference for the whole process from the analysis of complete factor change, strategic review and selection, to the implementation of strategy in the practice of enterprises.
