摘要:科技是第一生产力,对于技术型企业来说,研发就是第一生产力。该案例描述了A公司研发部门在由业务快速发展期进入到平缓期后,遭遇的几个典型事件,如奖金降低、受到业务总裁不公正待遇、晋升机制和绩效考核不能实施等,以及由此导致的研发部门人才大幅度流失的困境。通过此案例的学习,可以帮助学员加深对马斯洛需求层次、双因素理论、组织寿命理论的理解和认知,也可为企业员工的激励实践提供借鉴和思考,切实提升员工的满意度和企业人才队伍的稳定性。

A Company: The reason behind the brain drain in R&D


Abstract: Science and technology is the first productive force, for technology-oriented enterprises, research and development is the first productive force. This case describes several typical events that the R&D department of A Company encountered after the rapid business development period entered the flat period, such as reduced bonus, unfair treatment by the business president, failure to implement the promotion mechanism and performance appraisal, and the resulting dilemma of a large loss of talents in the R&D department. Through the study of this case, it can help students deepen their understanding and cognition of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, two-factor theory and organizational life theory. It can also provide reference and thinking for the incentive practice of enterprise employees, and effectively improve the satisfaction of employees and the stability of enterprise talent team.
